Thermage ® Thermalift ™
ThermaLift™ is a non-invasive procedure developed by the innovative aesthetic medical device manufacturer Thermage. It helps tighten skin without the downtime and cost associated with a surgical face lift. A ThermaLift® can be used to tighten the skin on the forehead, cheeks, jaw line and neck as well as the eye area, smoothing out crows feet. It requires no incisions or needles so there is no downtime after the procedure.
Dr. Levine performs the ThermaLift™ procedure using a handheld treatment tip that delivers radio-frequency energy in the form of heat just beneath the skin’s surface, while a cooling spray protects the top layers of the skin. This heating action causes deep structures of the skin to tighten immediately. Over time, new collagen grows to further tighten and rejuvenate the skin.
There is no downtime and patients can resume with their regular daily activities immediately following the treatment. Most patients see immediate results after the treatment with improvements continuing gradually over a few months.
